Refund Policy

Returns and Refund Eligibility:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, eligible items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. To qualify for a return, the item must be:

- Unworn and in its original condition

- Accompanied by its original packaging

- Free from any signs of wear or damage

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

- Custom or personalized pieces

- Final sale or clearance items

- Gift cards

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at dkaysjewelry2018@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. Dkjewelryja is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds Processing

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected, and you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at dkaysjewelry2018@gmail.com. Exchanges are processed as new orders, and a return for the original item must be completed first.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or credit card company as it may take additional time for the refund to be posted. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at dkaysjewelry2018@gmail.com.
